Guys I'm at my mates place hes running 64 bit Vista and when we install the game to his F Drive it leaves no trace of a install no files no shortcuts nothing. Has anyone had anything like this before or know why its happening?

Correct-o, there was an issue with the installation file. It was corrupted during production. The quickest fix is to download the warpatch.exe from here: http://files.filefront.com/warpatchexe/;11292885;/fileinfo.html

Right it now its giving a error when you try to start the game d36x9_34.dll looks like its a direct x issue.

Ok its all working now had to manually update direct x and use the warpatcher but it works. To bad there is no shortcuts for the dam thing anyway my mate is now on Ironclaw his character is called "Wheresthetruck" or something to that effect and choose a Gobbo squid herder. So if you see him give him a hand he is a top bloke by the name of Jeff.

Download the .dll file (just google search it) and place it in the Windows folder of your C: drive.\

 

EDIT: I see you have it working, nevermind.

 

He has to use the warpatch.exe file to start the game from now on. So just drag that to desktop and use it as the shortcut or whatever.
