Good mate good the 2nd little one was born on Valentines day so I've now a little girl around 26 months old and a little boy a little over a couple weeks old. Haven't much time for anything like PC FPS Gaming or Combat Simulations these days although I do get the odd day off to play some tabletop wargaming.

I attended Combat Sims for almost 2 years or so solid great way of picking up your basic fitness level from lazy arm chair general to arm chair general slugging your way up a hill. No in all seriousness I suggest anyone with even the slightest interest in having a good time with a great bunch of blokes to get out and give it a go. The only reason I'm not still attending regularly is work and family commitments make me unavailable more often than not these days.

I haven't had a game on Big D for a least a year but have a tenner on me anyway gents.

Got this big arse box in the mail today. Have wanted to create something like this for a while. Went and brought some of these. Took a bit of time to do this. And now! Right I'm pretty much calling these finished at this point. Short of a few finishing touches when the entire board is complete such as some hazard signs and the like. Sponge Weathering: Liberally apply Neutral Grey and then a lesser amount with Dark Brown and finally even less Black Wash: 40 parts Water, 5 parts Dark Brown, 1 part Red and 1 part Orange mix vigorously Wash is then applied to areas where rain water/seepage would naturally occur. Example around corners and out of air/circulation vents. Decals are the same printed hazard stripes as I use on all of my terrain and the bases of my miniatures as seen here on the Nomad: Mobile Brigada. So ladies and gents have I hit the look on the head or what?

Never going to happen. Getting the nerds to meet up in real life is always harder than it should be. It will be the same core group we always get plus a few new faces.
