☠️ Our admins are volunteers, they will get to your ticket as soon as possible.

☠️ Harassment, abuse, threats, or aggressive behavior toward staff will result in the ticket being closed and may impact future community access.

☠️ If you have direct issues with a SNR Admin contact Community Manager support via a discord ticket. This option is not to be abused, if it is, it may impact your ban appeal.

• While clan membership is open to all people in our community, it is not a requirement to play any of the games hosted at BigD.

• Clans will all have their own expectations, conditions and probation periods. Get to know the people you want to be in a clan with, it helps.

BigD has dedicated admins here to assist you. We strive to be as prompt as possible to attend to tickets, we are real people just like you and there may be a delay, but we will respond.

Server Rules

PvE

1. No raiding player bases - zero tolerance

2. If a flag is present, leave the base alone. If the flag is gone and items are despawning, you may loot.

3. No stealing from other players - instant ban.

Zone Alpha Rules

1. No vehicles allowed in Zone Alpha (Anti-Vehicle zone).

2. Loot rooms are first come, first serve - opening a room claims it.

3. Theft claims require video evidence - no action taken without proof.

Airdrop Rules

1. No calling dibs before the airdrop hits the ground

2. First to engage with the AI/infected gets the loot

3. Call out your claim in global chat (e.g., "AD CLAIMED - location")

4. Same rules apply for Oil Rig drops

5. Theft claims require video evidence

Safe Zone / Garage Rules

1. Do NOT leave vehicles or helis in trader/safe zones or any military area within 1km - they despawn after 2 hours.

2. You may temporarily park at GM Fuel Station, but store vehicles in the trader garage.

3. No fishing at traders - inventory may be deleted.

Territory Rules

1. Flagpole required for all bases

2. Territory names must start with your player name.
   Format: [Player Name] Territory Name

3. 1 flag per player; 2 flags per group (minimum 3 active members).

4. You must create the territory before raising your flag.

5. If you cannot build, the game will tell you why.

6. Bases exceeding limits will have items deleted without compensation.
   Moving a flag to expand base size = full base deletion.

7. Failure to maintain your flag may result in losing your territory without warning,
   so make it part of your routine to check and raise your flag before the timer expires.
   You have 14 days once your flag goes down to pull it back up, otherwise your base will decay.
   No compensation will be given for a base decaying.
