Congrats mate, will be up for my 10yr in April myself. As has been said, communication is key, you dont do it right and your gonna have a bad time. Best way I've found to defuse any convos that have a potential to blow up is to hear whats being said and then think from their perspective and base your response on that (helps if you know how the other half ticks as well).
