Website Software Upgrade Completed

We previously communicated on Friday that BigD Gaming was preparing to upgrade our website software and the impacts this would have on a number of our community members, admins & donators: https://www.bigd.com.au/news/community/website-software-upgrade-r40/

We can now confirm our website software upgrade has been completed successfully!

Now is the time for those impacted to take action to ensure there is limited disruption to you.

Logging In

A change with the new software is you can no longer login using your USERNAME - please use your email address you used to register on the website.

Relink External Profiles
All Admins, Affiliated Members & Donators MUST relink their Steam & Discord profiles ASAP to avoid losing Server Queue Skip, In Game Admin Permissions, Discord access, etc.

Cut Off Period

We are running on a backedup Server Queue Skip file from 5pm Sunday 9th March - this was to avoid the entire linked userbase losing their Server Queue Skip.

We are setting a cutoff period for relinking of this Friday 14th March 5pm, afterwards those not relinked weill lose their server queue skip.

Why the cutoff period? New donators and affiliates who link for the First time in the cutoff period will not automatically get their Server Queue Skip, to avoid those being impacted, we need to move fast.
