What are you listening to?

Let's see what the musical tastes of the community are like. At the moment, I'm listening to a lot of Prokofiev, Cornelius, Aphex Twin, Sage Francis and Interpol's Antics.

Why Prokofiev? Peter and the Wolf! Some of you may even have heard that I'm trying to play it on my little harmonica. I'm not doing too badly actually.

Also for those who are interested, the music that plays while Al Basrah loads is by Aphex Twin; it's called Polynomial-C .

What the hell are you on about Charger?

The MGS2 theme is awesome, and superceded only by the MGS3 theme and Snake Eater.

Most of the music I've been listening to lately has been soundtracks, namely Wolf's Rain.

Tears for Fears had nothing to do with Metal Gear Solid. Mad World isnt in it. You're thinking of Donnie Darko.

Dammit, you should all be listening to Ride of the Valkyries at least once a day.

God it's a great peace of music, makes me want to go and invade Poland though...

I journeyed down to the Corner Hotel last night for some fun pub music. The Howling Bells were headlining and I do enjoy their music, but I went to see The Whiskey Go Gos linky linky

If you get a chance to see them play, go! They're an excellent sort of folk rock band with a crazy percussionist called Mr. Pebbles. I saw them down at the Apollo Bay music festival a month or two back and had a ball.

See them, hear them, just make sure you enjoy them!
