Before I hook in, I did some searching and have only found information for snipers so far.

 

Does anyone know how long it takes for accuracy to build up once I look through my sights? Iron or an ACOG or using a HAT kit. I am talking about your rifles and lsw's.

 

Sniper is 8 seconds and 4 seconds in between a shot.

I think it was Andy who had it but someone has a document that gives you all the figures.

HAT kit will have 2 little brackets that will decrease when your stable and once they stop moving.. fire and hold your mouse as this will guide the rocket to the target (provided you dont take ur mouse off it)

 

Acog and Reflex/Irons... mate.. the "drop to ground for more accuracy" has been taken out so.. kneel and fire or if in a defensive position prone yourself, deviation still has about 3 - 4 seconds till accruacy is good.

 

Sniper you know about so need to ramble. keep in mind its similar for the marksman rifle.. and for RPGs i usually wait 3 -4 seconds while still to fire my shot. if you need to shoot a moving target with one i suggest being still and firing on a position forward of the vehicle..

 

All these things you will get used to mate.. i hope i can help, if not i am sure others will !

It isn't the sighting up that makes any difference, it is after you stop moving completely.

 

The Sniper you know, HAT is a visual cue. Everything else is in the order of 3-4 seconds for minimum deviation as far as I know. I'll have a quick look on realitymod but this should help a bit

These are the 0.85 values, they may have changed slightly for 0.86/7

Remember you're always going to be taken down by a bulldust shot from time to time... the joys of deviation based on a totally random algorithm

With the acog you can usually kill someone with a shot to the head if they are stationary - 4 seconds seems to do the trick.

 

You'll get your own playstyle though as you get used to the game. I suggest PRSP to get some accuracy practice.

i wouldnt suggest SP for any kind of actual MP play.... its alot diff mate. if you have played any FPS b4.. you can skip the SP... just get used to ur devi's
