December 9, 200915 yr Re: We been have been robbed You need dogs! +1 to that, had someone try breaking into our joint (well they smashed the rear sliding door), but our fury ball of teeth saw them off quick smart. my Staffy use to sit under the wormwood bush and watch the gate, wouldn't make a sound if you came in through the gate but would watch you. if you were looking for her then she'd stick her head out and say "Hi" before the usual games etc but if you didn't and got up to no good, she'd light up and come charging. Nice thing about a dog being brindle and hiding in a shady spot is its hard to see unless your really looking for it (o; There comes a time in every musician's life when they must decide what instrument they should master. December 9, 200915 yr Author Yes we need to send the coopers the s/n off the stuff thats gone and then they send it off to crime (cash) converters and all the other places. “The biggest troublemaker you'll probably ever have to deal with,"Watches you from the mirror every morning'.”
December 9, 200915 yr that sucks big time we had some people break into everyones car in my street not the long back http://i750.photobucket.com/albums/xx143/CaptnCrunch240/crunchCTB-AGBsig.png
December 9, 200915 yr So its small light things missing..? You are looking for a backpack wearing fence jumper. Find the crappiest looking rental property in your area ..thats where they will be 99 times outa 100. Your stuff won't be at cashies ..it will be on its way to the nearest meth dealer. If you can't afford an alarm system just grab a few stickers and a few dummy cameras and have them in very obvious places. Although the motion activated "large dog barking" set up works quite well. How are they getting in is the question though... http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee118/bahlye/bahlye007/mouse_zps73307fb2.gif
December 9, 200915 yr Know how ya feel mate, was broken into twice within 6 months a few years back. Had a few thousand stolen. Moved to a 2nd storey unit and not had a problem. *Crosses fingers* 2nd time, I had set up a motion sensor with a house alarm, they broke in, alarm went off and they didn't get much that time, just a few games from the Xbox. Cops weren't much of a help either time, not much they could really do, no good fingerprints. Biggest pain the bum was having to take about 2 days off, without any sleep because it was a ground floor unit and we had a big gaping hole where a glass door used to be. If I caught one, I would seriously do some damage to the bastards. CaptainCleanoff on the servers.
December 9, 200915 yr That's really unlucky mate... Hopefully you get compensated/insurance pays up... http://i.imgur.com/DtNdckc.png [WC]Xavo|xXx:
December 9, 200915 yr If I caught one, I would seriously do some damage to the bastards. And the scary thing is then they sue for aggravated assault, to which you're like "Of course it was flipping aggravated, you broke into my house" :disgust: http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee94/psyrus_uraya/awards-1.png QFT: Your computer is smart man. December 9, 200915 yr Author And the scary thing is then they sue for aggravated assault, to which you're like "Of course it was flipping aggravated, you broke into my house" :disgust: I would be on a murder charge I would have no problem killing the next **** that trys to rob me. “The biggest troublemaker you'll probably ever have to deal with,"Watches you from the mirror every morning'.”
December 9, 200915 yr And the scary thing is then they sue for aggravated assault, to which you're like "Of course it was flipping aggravated, you broke into my house" :disgust: no, you beat the hell out of them, drag them out onto the street, grab a few cans of beer/spirits poor them over the dero (after cleaning your finger prints off the tins/bottles etc that is and pressing into their palm) then call the cops and say that there is some drunk out on the street . . .:hi: There comes a time in every musician's life when they must decide what instrument they should master. December 9, 200915 yr And the scary thing is then they sue for aggravated assault, to which you're like "Of course it was flipping aggravated, you broke into my house" :disgust: Well the scary thing is I found our huge kitchen knife in my room on my desk. I was like "WTF are you doing there??". One of the cops told me, if the robbers are in a "dead end" area of the house they will grab whatever weapon they can to try and escape. If one of them pulled a knife on me in my own home...I think I'd probably snap. CaptainCleanoff on the servers.
December 9, 200915 yr Author We have been broken into 3 times now the second time I busted the f wit trying to get the fly screen out in the computer room. I was not quick enough that time with the KNIFE. “The biggest troublemaker you'll probably ever have to deal with,"Watches you from the mirror every morning'.”
December 9, 200915 yr I appreciate the fact you are pissed off, but please go easy on the language mate.. You would have noticed the title of the thread has been changed ? http://i230.photobucket.com/albums/ee118/bahlye/bahlye007/mouse_zps73307fb2.gif
December 9, 200915 yr Statistically you are more likely to be robbed a second time after a break in. Crims know that most people have house and content insurance, and they would have checked out your place to make sure you have been stocked up again. http://users.on.net/~mperrin/images/les_mis_kindros.png You're all wrong, and I am always right, and the sooner you accept it, the happier you will be. That is all! Va Fan Culo
December 9, 200915 yr Piss poor mate a pitty you don't have any solid leads to go on about who did it. Not to mention you are more likely to be robbed by someone who has being in our around your house. So you should always be circumspect of anyone on your property regardless of whether you have invited them onto it or they are booked/scheduled to be there. Its just not a good idea to give anyone who you cannot trust 100% a good idea of the layout and security of your household. I suggest a nice dog with the appropriate training so it doesn't ark up at everyone passing by but will have a go at anyone on the property when your not around. I would also suggest you talk to Cougar from Combat Sims & Logan Laser Skirmish as he installs security devices for a living and is certainly the man to talk to about such things. http://i197.photobucket.com/albums/aa188/VisOne_Photo/Signatures%20and%20Banners/VisP.png
December 9, 200915 yr Seriously, get a German Shepherd from a protection dog line/business or buy a Bull Arab. Best home defense option you'll ever get. If the protection dog business is a good one, they'll either give you the option of buying a pre-trained adult dog and give you a course to get to know the dog for a few weeks, or they'll give you the option of getting a puppy that has a high prey drive and they'll train it up for you. Alternatively, you could just buy the High Prey drive pup outright without training, and it will be naturally aggressive towards intruders. Your call. This protection dog is still only a few months old and probably less than a few months training, but already this can give you an idea of what you can expect.
