Posted October 3, 200816 yr For those interested, GamingSA has an AusForces server up and running now. AusForces is a BF2 modification. We will be organising a get together this Monday night 06/10/08 (public holiday Monday for a few states) on GSA's AusForces server. The mod is available through the link above or directly here. Its only a 500mb download. So post here if you are interested, however signup is not a requirement and the server will not be passworded - just make sure you download and install before gametime. October 4, 200816 yr Author The point behind the night is that Node are no longer hosting it, and so GSA, being the niche provider they are, have put their own server up for those who still like the mod and those who havent tried it. Personally, I dont care about the politics, I just like to have a fun vanillaish bash now and then - the Australian Forces part of it is just something different. October 6, 200816 yr I'll be there. As for the politics, there were none. AusForces guys simply asked EVERYONE from the get go, to respect their content, long before any PR guys asked for models, so they didn't get treated any differently to anyone else so thats fair IMHO. Its a fun mod, and good to see the F-111 ripping around dominating.
