The size of forum signatures is getting out of control.

 

Please exercise a little commonsense.

 

Please keep within these simple guidelines to keep the forum tidy and easy to navigate.

 

 

If you are going to have an image in your signature (and we all love a good sig image) keep it under 150h x 650w max. Please keep the file size under 100kb MAX - the smaller the better. Make it only ONE of these large images - do not then add more large images to your signature. Of course you can add your awards under it and a line or two of simple text in the default size (change colours, etc as you like, keep the font the default size please).

 

If you want to add a gametracker, please use the thin form as shown below:

These are customisable - click on the gametracker images on our homepage and use the link under the server banner shown under the server ranking and then look for the 350x20 banner.

 

If you want to use the one that is your own personal tracker - please use this in place of a custom signature image.

 

If you dont want to use an image, thats fine, but try to keep your signature of similar proportions or smaller.

 

In future, signatures that are too large will be edited by admin to reduce their size.

Thought youd be going for two of every award instead.

I made your sig Gruanch so there wouldnt be a size problem. Silly man.

 

As for my interm sig, it'll be gone very shortly, in the proces of photoshoping a new one

You can add a banner Slav, just let me know and Ill add it in, as long as its sensible per above.

The image limit is there to stop people adding a heap of large sig images (not the awards), which is sort of whats been happening.

Everyone can display all their awards, if you cant get them to fit, let me know and ill fix them up.

 

Just shrink it up a bit McDeath, but at least you dont have more lines of other crap after it.

Its not all your fault noddy, if it was just one person Id simply ask that person to change their sig and Id move on. Unfortunately there are a small handful of people that have been making their sigs gradually bigger and bigger, to the point where their post is 1/8th the size of their signature.... Therefore Im asking as a general rule that people keep their sigs under control.

I know Im not the only one thats been annoyed with the large sigs lately, as I recieved and seen more complaints lately.

 

Im not trying to cramp peoples creative style or be a nazi but a bit of common sense needs to be displayed again.
