September 26, 200816 yr the reason they didnt release bf2 in 128 player maps / mode wats because of net speeds and the time and players computing powers.... its written into the code of bf2 its jus locked or hidden! September 26, 200816 yr I wouldn't blame most people around here for having zero motivation to petition for it. Given the shocking hitreg and lag we see every day, its not hard to guess what would happen to the client side performance once you go past the 75 player mark. September 26, 200816 yr My concern would be that in all likelihood, no server exists at this point in time that would be powerful enough to deal with 100+ players on at once. Great idea though, just not sure its doable. Former Head Admin Check out the current admin list HERE
