This is your July edition of the BigD Gaming Monthly News Bulletin, where we're bringing you the latest updates from within the BigD Gaming Community, what you may have missed and what's to come for the month ahead.
Monthly Wrap Up - Discord, Games and Socials
June has had a couple of key standouts with the biggest ones being our discord passing of 10,000 members in March and 11,000 in June!
Squad in the Months of May and June saw new style of events called "Open server Fogless Fight Night", these events are open to the public on our second server and are aimed at a specific selection of layers and factions as well as increased teamwork.
This gives veterans and new players alike a sense of intense milsim combat they they don't often get to play in general public games. If you missed this event you can keep eyes out in the squad event channel in the BigD discord for more events in the coming weeks. We will also be looking to have these events live streamed by our media team members, so keep eyes out for who will be streaming them when we post events in the future.
To continue on our recent events, OC (Only Clans) one of BigD's affiliated clans recently organised a 49v49 Hell Let Loose affiliates match on the 2nd of May, this event saw BigD affiliated clans clash in an intense Utah Beach scrim. You can watch the whole match at the bottom of this article from the admin cam viewpoint of "Rottenbob".
Our social media focus over the past year has been on Shorts for Youtube, Tiktok, Instagram and Facebook with event coverage and highlight reels. Moving into the Month of June/July you will see more content across 3 major games we host, Squad, Hell Let Loose and Arma Reforger, this footage will be a mixture of FPV and Admin cam footage in order to give you the most entertaining clips to get you keen to finish work and jump onto the BigD servers.
To finish off the month of June, the Arma Reforger team has been working hard to revamp the servers and mod listings and now supporting "Modern Combat & Mod Support". This brings a combat overhaul, further mod support and new conflict scenarios!

Upcoming News, Events/Scrims
BigD Squad will be holding their next event on July 5th on server 2 for the very popular Fogless Fight Nights and is open to the public, sign ups/registration of interest will go up in the BigD discord in the Squad News channel.
OC clan will be conducting another affiliate clans event on July 4th, this event is closed to affiliated clan members, but if you wish to start getting involved then you can jump on board with one of our many BigD Clans!
You can view these clan on our discord in the affiliates chat or on the website under clubs. Links at the bottom of this thread.
TVG clan will also be conducting two events both open to the public, these events will run on July 11th and July 18th, sign ups for these events can be found via the TVG discord.

TCLS clan hosted a Star Citizen event and was co-run by FJGR clan, the event was a massive success and will have another one organised in the near future. These are typically a closed event to clan members, so if you want to get involved in any Star Citizen events run by the BigD clans, you can reach out to either FJGR via their discords which are linked below.
