Admin of the Month - August '25

Keith has quickly established himself as one of our most reliable and effective Squad Admins. Whilst he doesn’t seed as often as others, he more than makes up for it through his outstanding late-night coverage. He regularly stays active in-game and on Discord into the early hours of the morning, ensuring the server is cared for when our admin coverage is otherwise very limited.

His positive attitude makes him approachable both for players-in-need and fellow admins. Keith consistently handles difficult situations with calmness and good judgment, leaving no room for unnecessary escalation. He has not had any negative player interactions and contributes to a welcoming environment that reflects well on the community.

Keith is also proactive in teamwork. He shares information with fellow admins to improve response times and player experience, and he is highly receptive to calls for help or Discord pings. His initiative has had a direct, measurable impact - notably, he implemented a quick-fix for the Squad server browser issue that made BigD servers far easier to connect to compared with others in OCE. This improvement benefited both admins and the player base.

As a relatively new admin, Keith has already distinguished himself as one of the best in the team and is personally one of the easiest and most enjoyable admins to work alongside. His reliability, initiative, and overall presence make him an ideal candidate for recognition this month.
