PR 1.3 Not shuting down in Task Manager?

When I shut down PR, in task manager PRBF2.exe *32 keeps going. using around 17% of my AMD FX-6300. this is not a great vid but you can see on the black screen when I click on exist PR. anyone else getting this?

    just Menu then quit,

    the vid I made did not show PR, just a black screen, but you can see my mouse pointer going down to the spot where the quit PR is.

    yes thats the only way to stop it. I just wanted to see if other peoples was still running, before reporting it
