Good riddance! Did people even use this? I had an issue once trying to get my password reset, and had to go through gamespy.... god that was an awful experience. Hence i am no longer [YAK]M.. but YAK-R

    Problem is, PR uses gamespy for server logins, PRSPY, accounts, server browsing, and CD checks...

    From what I've heard, the Devs are trying to work around this, but I feel for the other, smaller mods that don't have the player base to do this and for all of the other games that serving shut down.

    obviously wasn't around during the time of lets say quake, were you needed IP's to join a server, some of the warhammer games just have to shut down full stop for they were so dependent on the software. understand to that there wont be server listing for PR in game unless they can find an alternative. and its not like EA gives a hoot about a 10+ year old game to do anything so its up to the PR devs. I think the arma series will be ok, they'll just use steam till they have a better option. stuff the GS people though! just springing it on us without any real reason
