BigD PR:BF2 Server 1 vs Server 2

It seems there is major underlying issues with server 1 in regards to rubberbanding past a certain playercount. Are we able to, say password server 1 for a week, as to promote the population to load test server 2. If the testing goes well are we able to increase server 2's player limit to 100?

I am really interested in working on improving the reliability of the BigD servers, which I feel is the number 1 issue in regards to keeping interest in playing PR for a good period of time, instead of players just finding their experience frustrating with the situation changing to those players leaving permanetley to more stable servers and/or games.

Considering the amount of donations that has been supplied to GAU in the past and going forward, i'm sure they would be more than happy to allow us to switch to server 2 considering it maybe more stable and if we remane with the lag issues, players will lose interest with the result in a reduction of donations.
