SO. The server is not filling to an acceptable level by Ford standards and this needs to change.

 

This is a night to get the server filled. This isn't a passworded Community Night to lock the server where it steadily dies. It's a dedicated night for everybody to join the server and play PR! Bring new people in by having a filled server and encourage them to join the BigD forums!

Ohhh i vote some black gold insurgency should be played.

Someone with photoshop skills needs to make a banner for the event so the admins can chuck it up on the front page of the forums.

I was hoping to veer away from Insurgency just this once as the popularity of each map isnt very consistent. Perhaps a skirmish to get things started and a decent AAS map or two for the night

If we're not doing insurgency, how about some of that kamisyah(whatever it's called) desert action, kinda feels like what kashan should..

Hah, I misread the date, and thought it was on tonight (Friday night). We managed a full server anyway, so I guess this was a triumph already!

Dovre is a great 2km map

Kamisyah Large layer for when Server is full and kicking. I've only ever played it with 50 players

I'd personally rather a large map where infantry is actually viable if possible. Kamisyah and Kashan are horrible for infantry IMHO.

 

What about Pavlovsk Bay, Saaremaa, Shija Valley, Silent Eagle, Yamalia, or Vadso City? All good maps, and far more balanced and fun for all play types not just asset whores.

Shijia always lags/ctd's, i think all of us have played silent eagle 100x, yamalia... you wanted inf right?, saaremaa kinda over saturated

The newer maps listed should be pretty sweet.. What about La Drang Valley, I haven't played it but it looks like it would be awesome?
