This Is Not Accurate Btw. It Says 2 But You can actually have 4, used To Be 5. This Is With NON-Premium, Tested And Using. I'd Say In The Future it Will Be 2 But For Now, Use It And Abuse It baby =P

I just unlocked the tier 11 japanese lc hien, that thing is pretty sweet. Also all the zeros fly pretty well, you can out turn everyone..

 

I was regretting going with japanese (their bombers have good gunners, but **** payload.. 1000kg max on tier 7 wtf) but i'm enjoying them now.

Even though I only have teir 5 planes I still love my Aussie aircraft

Little review on some jap plays

 

Ki-43-ll "Hayabusa" tier 2 fighter

-The only Japanese plane that can BnZ, rest have terrible energy retention

-Packs a surprising punch

-My favorite Japanese plane, i still use it

-Has very weak wings, and catches on fire super easy

-climbs pretty well

-very fun to fly

 

Kawanishi H6K tier 3 bomber

-Kinda broken for it's tier

-Can carry 2x 1000lb bombs

-Has 5 gunners, so pretty good armament

-Useless in HB - Can't land to rearm cos it has no wheels lol

- Slow as hell

-Origami bomber, catches on fire in half a second

-Has so many engines, it doesn't matter if you lose a few

 

A6M2-N

-Looks stupid

-Super slow

-Can't turn like a zero

-why would anyone use this thing?

 

Ki-61-la/b

-Overall, very fun to fly

-reasonably fast

-Bad energy retention

-nice firepower

-Hard to get use to aiming it, the nose goes up when you turn

-Has nice incen shell racks rounds to burn **** down

-Weak wings

-Catches on fire easily

 

A6M2 "Zero"

-Really good maneuverability

-Slow/can't climb

-You can out turn pretty much everyone

-Recently nerfed the turn rate, then they fixed it again, but it's still not as good as it was

-Not the best firepower (I don't like the type 99 20mm cannons) + you only get 120 rounds

 

Ki-49-llb/L "Nakajima"

-Pretty god damn huge

-Only carries 1000lb bomb - for a tier 7 bomber this blows

-Has 6 gunners - can operate without the protection of fighters

-Really fast compared to the tier 3 Jap bomber

-The 20mm cannon on the back can really suprise fighters that try and get ya from behind

-Looks badass when you unlock the camo

 

A6M3 "Zero"

-Has 200 rounds of 20mm cannon - feels a lot better than the A6M2

-Turns super well, very hard to shake these things

-Can't climb at all well

-Has some sweet shell racks

-Fun to fly

 

Ki-61-lc Hien

-Has 20mm german MG151 cannons - they much better than the Japanese type 99 cannons

-Flys really well/feels great

-Weak wings

-Lots of firepower

-Great shellracks

-Probably outclassed by the 190's though

First time playing again last night in a little while. Was good fun again. Pretty great free game.

Yup, the new japanese plane is okay... but it's made from explodium ignitrate.

 

thing catches on fire from 1 12mm incen round lol.

 

It's nice to have a jap plane with a 37mm though, and it turns like a beast still.

 

Doesn't perform great at speed... but it's fun to fly

 

EDIT: they are also releasing squadrons, aka clans/guilds/etc

 

So we should make a BigD one
