So after a few grumbles and mumbles about the last map choice, we'll change a few things in the selection process to make things more agreable.

 

Rather than select a single map from the entire roster, I would like people that are keen to suggest a single skirmish map they love or think would be a good choice for some high end PR.

 

Next sunday I'll put up a poll of all the suggested maps and ask people to vote on them. The top three maps will then be selected, the final verdict coming from some random fellow guessing a number from 1 to 3 on the night.

 

This way both teams are allowed to practice for the upcoming match, but keeps the final choice up in the air and forces more general tactics and preperation for the night. At least that's the plan...

 

So you have a perfect skirmish map in your mind, post it up quick smart!

Just thinking, is Goose Green the only Falklands skirmish map?

 

Because I find the Falklands infantry combat to be very nicely balanced, and bloody fun, its just I wouldn't mind an alternative to Goose Green as IMO its a little open.

The other skirmish one is at night time, and one side has to protect some planes. It's kinda weird, but fun.. DUnno how well it would go down as a skirmish map though.

I'd have gone Shijia Valley if there weren't so many flags to cap, so I'll put in Silent Eagle since it'd be awesome to get a few firefights going in that small village.
