WANTED, Wild, Undeveloped or Partially Developed Acreage.

Guys quick question to all the Southeast Queenslanders. Do you own or know anyone that owns land that they would make avaiable to us for our Lazerskirmish long weekend event?

Brief is below as well as link to our gumtree add on what we require.

WANTED, Wild, Undeveloped or Partially Developed Acreage, within an hour and a half drive from the Brisbane CBD/Airport to be used by outdoor adventure group.

 

Any offer taken under consideration by outdoor adventure group administration but owner/owners must understand the following.

 

We need a large area to work in due to the nature of our group, there will be some noise from equipment and participants all throughout the duration of the event. Thus making this unsuitable for small property's or those with close neighbors.

 

However please let me reassure you all that this event does not contain the use firearms, alcohol, physical contact, the harm of any person or creature or destruction of property.

 

Expected usage will be for around 50-60 people, over a 3 to 4 day period around the end of Sept early October (Queens Birthday Weekend). Site must have suitable access by standard none off-road vehicles, suitable area for parking of said vehicles during event (not to be used during event). Owner must allow our group to camp on several areas of the grounds during the event. Owner will also need to allow Outdoor adventure group access for the delivery and removal of rental toilets, if no toilets are already located on site. Finally site will need to be inspected by outdoor adventure group administration before any agreement is entered into.

 

Please note we have our own insurance coverage for the event and we have a successful track record of running this event over a number of years in varying sites and cause little impact on the property.

 

Finally land owner can be reimbursed for period in which land is in use and my dictate suitable terms before entering into an agreement.
