This game is great. The graphics are awesome for this type of game.

However - it is buggy as hell. Crashes, crashes, crashes my PC to reboot

randomly. It should not have been released with so many problems.

Lots of people having issues with it, and with GFWL.

At one point my savegame database was corrupted and I had to restart

from the very beginning.

Anyone else tried it ?

Any solutions to crashes problems ?

The Codemasters forums are not all that useful; too much information,

no useful information.

I've only ever played Dirt 2 which I loved. No probs even with a less than legit version. I'll give Dirt 3 a shot when I get my new puter.

Oh have you tried the PR forums? They have a largish thread on Dirt 3.

I prefer racing sims, like LFS and the like.

But I have played Dirt2, It seemed all right, I didnt like the fact it didnt support force feedback wheels. At least, it didnt support mine.

Im the same, not one problem, all runs fine with settings maxed out

Runs maxed on my cranked out crappy PC, best feedback I've experienced on my wheel too. Don't get me wrong, I have 31.5gb of rfactor on my hdd haha, but this is a nice tide over until rf2 gets here! :evo:

Rallysim have a large add on too Richard Burns Rally (like PR for BF2)

http://forum.rallyesim.fr/index.php

Richard Burns Rally has the best physics for rally but old graphics.

with rallysim you can play online, make your own race on the server etc.

My problem was fixed. My power supply needed to be upgraded as the drain

on the graphics card and audio was dry-humping the capacity of my then PSU to keep

up and it would restart the PC. Sometimes in other games and PR too.

Thanks to Spider for his tech savvy.
