So to expand. I myself would rather sit there refreshing for 10 minutes, we all would. But I think it's time that we start setting a trend. Just start jumping into the empty server when the other server is full. Go afk for a few minutes while you wait for a couple other players, then just sit back and watch the population flow. There do appear to be enough players some nights (esp the last few weeks with a surge of new players...where are they coming from??) so any tricks/ideas to filling that second server would be great IMO. If there's enough people to fill up one of the servers and keep it full all night, there should be plenty to at least half fill the other server. May 4, 201114 yr Biggest killer of player count is server crashes. Plain and simple you can go from full 64 to 20 something after just one single crash. Really needs to be looked into. I know lots of USA servers I play on never crash (or very rarely). Might be hardware/OS, might be admin related, I dont know. All I know is USA servers appear to be more rock solid than ours, especially during map changes where it would appear (me personally) has most of the server crashes/dropouts.

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear when I suggested that this thread wasn't for reporting server issues (we already have a thread for that). Please use the Report Server Issues here whenever you experience a Server crash so we can try and find root cause. Most crashes during map changes are generally client side in any case. FWIW most servers have been having random crash issues up until recently due to code issues which has been patched. might be admin related BigD admins are well none for deliberately crashing servers for giggles.. you'll get used to it (not sure how else to respond to such a statement). I will do that if 9 other people will or next time I cant get in one server. yep....after a round finishes, leave the server to open up spots for others and start the second server with 10 people, the 10 empty spots will be replaced quickly and the overflow will have the option of entering the second server that already has 10 people in it.... as was said before, the other night had about 80 players on the two servers...so is def potential at peak times.... might need to experiment with what times and days it will actually work though, maybe only w/es. Not sure whether you saw the posts on realitymod.com yesterday but the fact that the 'test' seems to be a permanent thing is causing some angst to other server owners.
