Ok so the other day crap happened with my mum not paying a bill bigpond cutting off the internet etc.

Now if you think that this was bad enough, I went to access my email at my sisters house I realised that because It was linked to my mums bigpond, it was also suspended/stabbed.

 

The email wasn't the primary address for the account, it was just an extra $1 a month for a smexy inbox.

 

Now it's not like this email is for games or ****, its actually my proper Name.Lastname@bigpond.com I use for important things like job applications etc.

 

So basically is there anyway that someone may know of so I can swap the billing of the essential email to my sisters bigpond account?

It was an extra email address purchased through Bigpond.

Not the billing address.

Under bigpond billing there should be an option to change billing adress (email)

I don't want it to be the billing email or anything, I just want it to be moved over to the new account so It can be paid, therefore unsuspended and used as a side email address, not the primary.

Call them, no point asking us how to move your email addresses around on your bigpond account?

I was on the phone with them for about 4 hours today setting up crap for my sister

I was trying to avoid that option.

well lucky for you i worked close in hand with bigpond when i worked at telstra..

 

the only way you can change any sort of detail like that, is to change it all..

I think thats now not the case. Some rules changed in the last month or so.

Not certain but Ill check tomorrow if I remember.
