i dont get it

 

are those beams of light meant to represent debris flying or is it a graphical bug?

 

cant the human eye not notice FPS higher than 60 or something?

basically it shows a time period of 1 second being slowed down to show a total of 10,000 frames. So what you are seeing now is what happened in a time period of only one second.

The human eye isn't limited to any frame rate per say. Your screen is 60hz So it cant' display a frame rate greater then 60.

The human eye cant notice any change beyond about 40-50fps from what I've heard.. As it can only process that much per second in the brain??

 

Not 100% but I remember hearing that from someone/somewhere
