November 26, 200915 yr I dunno... if *my* missus left me and I were to replace her with a bike I think I would try to cater for at least some of the missing functions... http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w288/GordonBennet_bucket/bike02.jpg Edited November 26, 200915 yr by mandatory05 "When you have to kill a man, it costs nothing to be polite." - Winston Churchill
November 27, 200915 yr Death rocket FTW. Sooo want to get a 400cc Ninja when I get some money together.
November 27, 200915 yr Yeah, it's funny to be on a death rocket when you are 40 times more likely to be involved in a fatal accident... have fun!
November 27, 200915 yr Author Awww...and cue the haters. Have a read http://www.msgroup.org/Tip.aspx?Num=170 And another little tid bit of information: Estimates of injury rates based on exposure (riding hours or horse riding participation) among all classes of horse riders combined are generally of the order of one injury per 1000 riding hours. This rate suggests horse riding is more dangerous than motorcycle riding and automobile racing (Gierup et al. 1976); (Firth 1985); (Nelson et al. 1994); and (Paix 1999). It's always the cage brigade that bring on the hate without any real understanding of what's involved in riding a bike. You ride like a ******** you'll die like one, same as operating any other vehicle. Aresnik [WC] Leiutenant Braaaaaaaarp!
November 27, 200915 yr I was hoping it was a Super Motard and then I was going to heap praise on you. Personally, I have a ZX7 '97 model. http://www.users.on.net/~evangw/pics/bike/IMG_0045.jpg http://imgur.com/e5y6e.gif You've already ruined these forums for me, I have no desire to read your rhetoric or the pathetic arguments you get yourself in to, or the personal vendetta you have against me, so please, do not talk to me. November 27, 200915 yr It's always the cage brigade that bring on the hate without any real understanding of what's involved in riding a bike. you did forget to mention that those in the ally box generally dont give a stuff about other road users. hell when i learnt to ride a motorbike i remember the instructer telling me to treat every vehicle on the road as if they were out to kill me. 5 mins into the ride we go around a corner and theres a car parked on the side of the road, following his advice i watch it and be prepared for an emergency brake if needed . . . turns out it was as the bloke just decided to do a 'U' turn right in front of us. if you never learn to ride a motorbike, chances are you prolly dont pay much attention to them on the road so are more likely to do something stupid. IF you do learn to ride a bike you're more likely to keep an eye on them and treat them like the road user they are. Same goes for cyclists. November 27, 200915 yr True, apparently 80+% of bike accidents occur due to rider error (read rider being a dumbass/showboating) according to a senior Honda riding instructor.

November 27, 200915 yr Noice. Prefer my colours though Do you have gear to match those colours though? Funny as when a guy is riding a blue bike but is wearing red leathers. It's like wearing odd socks. Black is nice just because it is easy to get matching gear.
November 27, 200915 yr Author I've got a choice of black red and gold for colours...black and red jacket, some gold in the helmet...Pimping Aresnik [WC] Leiutenant Braaaaaaaarp!
November 27, 200915 yr Noice noice. Any WA riders here? I've got my little Suzuki 250 Bandit. Had it for over a year now. I'm eligible for a big bike, but don't have the $$ to upgrade. http://img22.imageshack.us/img22/2561/bigdsig.jpg
November 27, 200915 yr i'll say kinda, have my RE but dont have a bike . . . haven't riden one for about 7yrs. want to get my unrestricted so i can get my dream bike KTM 640 Adventure, but should really ride a 250 for at least a year to get back into it. prob i have is finding a good second hand one that can handle highway speeds for a long period of time for a cheep price. November 27, 200915 yr try being a bike courier on a bicycle. 2 years in brisbane city. way more harrowing than being a motorcycle rider. if anything, it taught me to be the most aware motorcycle rider ever. http://imgur.com/e5y6e.gif You've already ruined these forums for me, I have no desire to read your rhetoric or the pathetic arguments you get yourself in to, or the personal vendetta you have against me, so please, do not talk to me. November 27, 200915 yr Author Yup, pedal power FTW makes you realise the cage brigade are * a banable word* ONLY thing worse are the peds popping out from the cars without looking. Nubs. Aresnik [WC] Leiutenant Braaaaaaaarp!
November 27, 200915 yr about 6 of us all bought compressed air horns for our bikes. they sit in your water bottle holder, small tube to your hangars and the loudest noise, from a bike, you could imagine. pump it up at the servo and you are right to go for about 10-15 long beeps. some of the funniest stuff i've ever seen. people step out in front and you dodge and give them a toot on the air horn, their faces were absolutely priceless. http://www.deanwoods.com.au/store/prod1237.htm here it is. 115db.
