Posted September 2, 200915 yr Hey, My mate lent me his old PC till I get a new one but i dont have a monitor so... I pluged it into the Plazma tv (i know i know bad idea with the whole plazma's and screens screwing up) anyway... I pluged it in all works fine but. Theres like a 1.5 sec delay from when i move my mouse to when it moves on the screen. Anyone know what might be causing this? http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t187/tonnie15/devsig.png http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/4816/sniper.pnghttp://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/lplates.bmp
September 2, 200915 yr Could be the gpu going "OMGWTFBBQH4X - BIGSCREEN!!!" that's the first thing that comes to mind how big is the plasma? http://i159.photobucket.com/albums/t136/varan92/sc_ii_2.png
September 2, 200915 yr new or old, cheap or expensive plasma? when i tried my box on my Sony Bravia W Series 40" LCD it worked fine (this was using the D-Sub connector, not HDMI) for me There comes a time in every musician's life when they must decide what instrument they should master. September 2, 200915 yr Author its 42" and its about 2 years old and its an expensive one Edited September 2, 200915 yr by ExiledSlayer89 http://i160.photobucket.com/albums/t187/tonnie15/devsig.png http://img179.imageshack.us/img179/4816/sniper.pnghttp://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/lplates.bmp
September 2, 200915 yr well doubt it would be your plasma then, thats about when i got my LCD. is it just when your ingame or is it all the time that it happens? September 2, 200915 yr Plasma's normaly lag a bit for consoles but only a tiny bit. not sure if it would be the same sort of thing only on a worse scale http://i750.photobucket.com/albums/xx143/CaptnCrunch240/crunchCTB-AGBsig.png
September 2, 200915 yr how is it connected ? depending on how its plugged in and its native res the image could be going through some processing in the plasmas electronics. if it has a vga plug use that instead of the hdmi and dvi plugs. vga>hdmi>dvi.vga is good for up to 1920 x1080. As its most probable a 1366 x 768 (hd)or 1920 x 1080 (full hd) if your res is set to anything other than its native then the image is up scaled or down scaled. Either way its being processed by the screens electrics. hope that helps :hi:
