August 27, 200915 yr Yay! Better hit detection and finally a prone modifier that the devs can play with. Now my cheap prone spamming hoe style will be dead and gone, and I couldn't be happier http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee94/psyrus_uraya/awards-1.png QFT: Your computer is smart man. It tells you not to play the second worst PR map [burning Sands] (first is Wanda Shan). QFT: if you dont get pissed off when you lose you dont care enough
August 27, 200915 yr Author Yeah they are the only two ones I care about, but the new stuff means that a bigger playerbase being injected back into Battlefield and PR (which isn't that bad, PR would be dead without new players). [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
August 27, 200915 yr Interesting.. looking forward to retooling PR's 237 weapon arsenel =_= http://i.imgur.com/wofKY.jpg Portfolio Site http://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/OperationCrownRibbon02.jpghttp://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/opagamaserv.jpg
August 27, 200915 yr Author What do you mean? Is nothing compatible with the new Vanilla patch? [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
August 27, 200915 yr I hope they also have got a version of the patch without the Euro Forces and Armored Fury packs. as i, like others have them already and it would be pointless for us to download 2gigs of what we have already, and what about the people who don't want them.... o well, that's EA for you... http://i821.photobucket.com/albums/zz137/bobobobob_bucket/Stiller_001-1.png?t=1262869465 "All is Dust."
August 27, 200915 yr What do you mean? Is nothing compatible with the new Vanilla patch? Haha no I meant since they've implemented the stance change deviation 'feature', it means we have a few new cvars to fiddle with (and that means adding them to all PR small arms). http://i.imgur.com/wofKY.jpg Portfolio Site http://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/OperationCrownRibbon02.jpghttp://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/opagamaserv.jpg
August 27, 200915 yr Author As little as I care about Vanilla though, another 8 maps is pretty epic And those AF and EF maps are pretty damn cool, just nobody plays them. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]

There's a freezone for almost everyone these days I doubt there'll be a separate one, because you'd need to have a whole bunch of variants [well 4] (what if they only have EF, or only AF, or both) http://i235.photobucket.com/albums/ee94/psyrus_uraya/awards-1.png QFT: Your computer is smart man. August 27, 200915 yr As little as I care about Vanilla though, another 8 maps is pretty epic And those AF and EF maps are pretty damn cool, just nobody plays them. I would have liked them to include SF as well. Needs more people playing it too Going to flog the hell out of my download limit that month with this and 0.9 http://img234.imageshack.us/img234/645/rx2yg8.jpg http://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/valorousunit.bmp http://cache.www.gametracker.com/server_info/203.14.173.90:19577/b_350x20_C692108-381007-FFFFFF-000000.png
August 27, 200915 yr Author Oh 0.9 is way off, 0.87 is the PR patch and should only be about 20mb to make it compatible with the new 1.5 patch. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
August 27, 200915 yr Oh 0.9 is way off, 0.87 is the PR patch and should only be about 20mb to make it compatible with the new 1.5 patch. I love it when you answer a question I was about to ask Chief! http://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/OperationCrownRibbon02.jpghttp://bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/valorousunit.bmp
August 27, 200915 yr READ THIS!!! http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f380-project-reality-news/66206-project-reality-v0-86-bf2-v1-5-patch.html http://www.ancientdev.com/images/devsig.png
August 27, 200915 yr READ THIS!!! http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f380-project-reality-news/66206-project-reality-v0-86-bf2-v1-5-patch.html Isnt that basically what the chief said Ancient? "The Project Reality team is hard at work on the finishing touches to our compatibility patch, PR v0.87. This will include full support for BF2 v1.5 as well as some other minor bug fixes and tweaks. The PR Team is dedicating all efforts at this moment to release v0.87 as bug free as possible and as soon as we can. When PR v0.87 is officially released, you can then install the BF2 v1.5 patch. Further instructions on how to correctly install the new patch will be available when we release PR v0.87." August 27, 200915 yr Anyone pessimistic about the 1st... http://imgur.com/e5y6e.gif You've already ruined these forums for me, I have no desire to read your rhetoric or the pathetic arguments you get yourself in to, or the personal vendetta you have against me, so please, do not talk to me. Ever. About anything.
August 27, 200915 yr I don't know about everyone else, but I'm installing beef for some *decent* matches.
August 27, 200915 yr Bet all those people who paid for AF and EF are going to want their cash back now. http://users.on.net/~mperrin/images/les_mis_kindros.png You're all wrong, and I am always right, and the sooner you accept it, the happier you will be. That is all! Va Fan Culo
August 27, 200915 yr Author Mate, I would rather have paid in full for a game that would later become free and as a result people will play it! I don't see why people would get angry at buying a 4 year old game, with booster packs that nobody plays at all. At least now they will be populated. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
August 27, 200915 yr hmm cool, i'm interested in checking out those booster packs.. Hopefully bigpond will host the files so i can get it metered!
August 27, 200915 yr Seems EA have finally stopped sniffing the napalm and realised that the booster packs SHOULD BE FREE!, only took them 4 years . Shame they didn't include Special Forces too.
August 27, 200915 yr Author Well EF/AF are certainly well under PR quality, nonetheless still a large content boost for a game that has been at a standstill for years. Are people actually that stingy that they are angry about them giving away the Boosters for free? Edited August 27, 200915 yr by YAK [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
