August 18, 200915 yr Re: Crash - ParticleSystemRender er.cpp I assume you googled the error? http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-GB%3Aofficial&hs=FAu&q=Debug+assertion+failed!+ParticleSystem&btnG=Search&meta= It seems to be related to the video card drivers so try these. 1) Set the resolution of the game to 1024x768. You may need to do this by editing the .con files. Set the screen and game to 60MHz... 2)Remove all the nvidia drivers, then install the latest correct driver for your card. Try using the "Option 2: Automatically find drivers for my NVIDIA products" on the nvidia site.... 3) You don't say what your OS is, if its Vista try running as Administrator or in compatibility mode... More info from the PR site. http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f370-pr-tech-archives/50996-debug-assertion-failed.html So how do you become an expert suicide bomber? teabagging is for kids ....
