Oh the dreaded ping cap, I remember the good o' days when it was around the 280's, now you guys lowed your ping cap an I am no longer able to play on this server, I've got to say this is probably the best server out there and I quite frequently play with my Australian friend Owen(he still plays here without me), who cant play most servers because of his ping. We used to play here every night until you lowed the ping cap which was a sad day...I mean I live relatively close to Australia.. But I mean as close as you can get in North America... West Canada on an Island. Basically just a loving fan asking for a ping raise:sweat:

no she didnt reformat, she's had it for at least 3 years and it was getting really sluggish so i recomended me reformatting it (done my own comp twice) but instead my dad takes it to teh comp shop and pays $100 for it 0.o

Ping raise will be nice. I normally ping bout 100, but sometimes spike up enough to get kicked while playing, which is a real bugger. I play pretty happily and squad up on 300-400 ping on OS servers, so was wondering bout asking here. Thanks guys, will see how I go.

Could the word Australia be put into the server names at all?

 

I'm pretty sure alot of foreign players are thinking that bD is a yank or european server.

 

even in the server image it doesn't say anything about the server location.

 

at the moment its GSA - BigD PR 0.860 #X, perhaps it could just be lengthened to this:

 

Gaming South Australia - BigD PR 0.860 #X, or GSA - BigD PR Australia 0.860 #2

Not really, it's just that every time on Basrah I look at the squad list and "HK VOIP" always has the tank symbol. :hi:

We had an English only rule on my old ARSE Clan nilla server in the UK.

 

Having a bunch of guys playing with you who can not communicate brings the entire team down. The server is in Australia after all and most of us can only speak English.

 

Not sure how badly needed it is here though and I think we where just trying to keep the French out. They get abusive!
