Mobile minus SIM

Any of you know how to get a mobile up n running without the use of a SIM card?

 

By this i mean so you can at least have access the features on said phone without the 'call' type features...

There comes a time in every musician's life when they must decide what instrument they should master. Few. If any are ever worthy enough to master. The cowbell.

    I think you should be able to just turn it on. Most phones these days don't need a sim card to operate.

    Press cancel or whatever when it asks for the sim.

    You can use a 'dead' sim card to access the phone. Ask for a dead sim at a phone shop...when they update your sim card for you, they just throw the old ones away because they are no longer valid, but they can still allow the phone to start up properly.
