What do you specifically want to know?

If you just want to know processor speed/how much ram you have, right click on My Computer and go to properties.

If you want to know what video card you have, right click the desktop, go to properties then settings.

If you want to know anything else...you can either find the receipt or I'm sure someone will reccomend a program to use which will tell you everything.

And that program is...CPU-Z. Google it.

Also GPU-Z is usefull to find out stuff about ure graphics card.

Failing that I'm sure theres a trail version of Everest around somewhere, but CPU-Z is de best.
