Anyone know of a program that can show you how much of your bandwidth you are using at any given time? Specifically I mean a program to monitor what speed you are downloading right now and how much speed is 'available'.

If such a thing exists.

When you download a file for instance it will say how fast you are downloading that file, well I want to see how much of my connection Im using up at any one time. Is there such a program or way to monitor it?
