I dunno, there are limits to funniness with tourettes. It kind of seems more like exploitation.

He also doesn't seem to add up to full tourettes, personally I would say he is putting some of it on 30% of the time. Considering he rambles a lot, and tourettes more comes out in uncontrollable manerisms. Swearing isn't as big with tourettes as some would have you to believe. Things more like an uncontrollable clap, jaw clenching or rolling, eye twitching/blinking. And when it is swearing, it is generally only a single word, not a phrase.
