Cheers to Wolfie and whoever was in my squad on El Kufra?, painman was one chuc was there sorry I've forgotten who else was with me,.. lastnite/this morning with the correct tank support and guys who listen, we rolled the MEC at production and refinery? almost at will, and the skirmish we had at one, when one of my boys had to de-mine the entrance while under fire, then we moved in with close tank support was superb,...good effort all, if i could remember all the names i would commend my squad for an award,...post ya names here or if someone knows who all the squad members were post a commendation, I'll second it,...

I was leading the squad defending oil storage... I saw u guys lift our mines under a smoke barage - well done. That was a top class round i thought, i had a squad of newish guys, but they but in a top class effort. We got oil storage back for a while, till losing it again towards the end. Actually me and a guy called Horrror - ??????? took our own tank up because we were sick of being owned by your armour and had a great killing spree over the western hills.

that was your squad defending? yeah awsome round, you almost had us for a bit there, luckily I put down a rally just out the entrance, I think at one stage I was the only infantry alive under cover behind the guard tower. It was intense, an MEC engy sneaked past my guys and went for the tank I think, he just appeard out of the smoke, couldn't believe it, got lucky and got him from the hip.

Yeah great work providing support for my tank I owe you my life many times over, there were engy's running in from every direction trying to kill us under the smoke, not to mention a massive minefield at the entrance.

 

That round really highlighted the effecitveness of a well coordinated tank crew. We were constantly yelling over VOIP "Enemy bearing 220", "another one at 300", "two more at 210" lol. It was like playing whack-a-mole.

 

Charger was it you who was on the west side of storage killing infantry, when a tank appeared to your north, which you then proceeded to charge over the hill and kill from close range? That one really took us by surprise.

 

Also who tried to sneak a tank into village part way through the game then had a great 1 v 1 dual with a challenger? That was awesome fun we kept loosing each other then we would find each other again trade rounds then loose each other again in the buildings and smoke. Some crazy VOIP going on at that time too "there he is at 060 lets flank him", " wait where did he go?", "quick at 200", "**** I can't see anything in this smoke", "there he is he's getting away to the south west", "**** he disapeared again!", Then we hear one of the other guys on the squad yell out "behind you tank!!" We pull a massive 180 degree power slide down a hill and fire at him just as he was lining up... BOOM! Down he goes.

 

Best round of tanking ever. GG all.

Yeah It was a GG I was Mec commander and had to AFK right near the end so I don't know who won, great battles back and forth thats good to see.

Yep was me. We had a sniper up in an oil tower and he was calling out targets on the western hill and i just drove like a mad bastard wiping out troops everywhere. Destroyed 2 rp's too. We had to pull out for ammo when another tank made an appearance. I wasnt dissapointed we lost, there were a lot of great comments coming from our squad about how much fun that round was..*good times*

 

actually what got us was the squad who drove a truck up to the western wall of storage and troops jumped on it and over the wall - that is a great tactic.

Bulletmagnet and myself, then Blacky and myself were in a Challenger defending Oil Production for almost the entire round. I believe the final kill count that I got before my internet crapped out was 4 T-90's, 3 BMP-3's, 3 Commander trucks, 2 Vodnicks, 2 Firebases, 2 commander placed AA's, and 1 rally point. Was pretty damn awesome , and they just kept coming. Thanks to the engi's that kept repairing us. Krazzy also was in another tank there that got a few kills, and also Marduk who is the best PR n00b to be in my squad so far, was another great asset to the squads we had last night.

ah that was you in the tank, 1 of those rp's was mine, but i went and hid by the drop down to the river, did you see pirogoth try and ram your tank with a command truck,.lol funny as, and i saw bits of the tank version of 'dance macarbe' through the village, bloody T-90's kept showing up in the strangest places.

I had 1 or 2 of the engy's in my squad, left them for you and the apc,....they were doing good work all over the place. one of them was the guy who got rid of the mines in the smoke, wish i could remember who it was.

Yeah in the last 10minutes I hopped in the Tank blacky and got a few kills defending the oil production. It was so much fun playing with you guys. Hopefully I can play many more rounds in a squad with you guys
