QFT: Your computer is smart man. It tells you not to play the second worst PR map [burning Sands] (first is Wanda Shan).

QFT: if you dont get pissed off when you lose you dont care enough

Soul

Connect2sport (no longer available)

~7000/700

2Gb + $2/gb excess, up to $70 (22gb) then shaped.

$30, uploads not counted.

Only issues I've had with Soul is the customer service, which has high wait times + is very ordinary quality at times.

No issues, lots of free downloads from their mirrors. Just wished ADSL2+ was in my area so I could go faster for cheaper.

You are paying for the SPEEEED.........

So how do you become an expert suicide bomber?

Uploads don't go to your download limit. As ospainman said, your paying for speed, which is kind of fail, because ADSL2+ is faster, and cheaper, so yeah...

I feel so lucky with my ADSL, what good is all that speed if you can not download anything, I bet you guy are young hehehe, Thats why I do not want to sell my house. I don't think that dodo will let me move my account. and I most probably be moving back to dial up country :( No PR. I will have to go back to shooting real people again. :)

But only if you can get ADSL2 where you are...which I can't, so 8MB ADSL1 is as fast as I can get. And after 4 years of dialup and crappy wireless (Google IQConnect/Rawnet) Telstra finally upgraded my RIM/CMUX (whatever) 2-3 years ago and I'm happy with it.

The speed is so that when my wife and 2 kids use the internet (6PC's at my place) I can still play games without having my speed slow too much. And I'm 49 in January. ;-)

Oh I forgot the other 3 PC's at a neighbours place (200m away) that has a wireless link to me because he can't get ADSL at his place (GG Telstra)..

Only way to get things done it's to constantly piss someone off, that way they kow your serious and the only way to get rid of you is to fix the problem.

Good news for iiNet users - Your webspace has just been upgraded to 1GB for free! So all that hosting you need to do... look no further than:

http://ii.net/~username

:D

On the flipside though, ABC has pushed their hosting back to Akami for the moment, so don't go crazy on iView because it'll count to your quota until iiNet sort it out

Not that I'm aware of... when DSL was first being rolled out telstra had a site where you could register your interest (to give them an idea what the demand was) - but afaik nothing like this exists for 2+.

My suggestions are to check http://bc.whirlpool.net.au/ (enter your phone details) and it may show you what ISP's are rolling out in your area.
