Wonder if an admin or someone else can help? I donated over the weekend in the hope of being able to get into the BigD servers for squad - and supporting them of course. It's now been several days and i still cannot get in. I followed the directions and have done it before (and it worked within a day).

I cant see any donations in your name over the past weekend 24/25th - I'm guessing perhaps one of those Guest donations may be yours, which means you weren't logged into the website at the time of donating. All good though we can get you sorted!

 

I need you to please DM me in Discord (you can find me in the BigD Discord under management) - I need a screenshot of your transaction through Paypal that shows the name of the account that transfered the money and the date so we can match it all up. Once you do that I can enable the whitelist for you.
