Guys you wanted a place to play PR in a structured and team orientated way so we set up server 3.

 

All community members can play on it and its not hard to find the password.

 

Just wondering why no one uses it. Its empty, it dead and it will be gone if we dont use it.

 

It's a bit frustration to see posts that complaing about the behaviour seen on the public servers when there is a place to go that is relatively tard free.

 

I know a few of you have gone in there and hung arounf to no avail but is a game of frustration a better alternative?

Post in the forums getting people to join you, go into the other servers and tell people to come over.

 

Just dont want to see this server die lonely and bored.

I sent a mass pm/email out to over 60 people who I thought would be interested in teamwork orientated and tard free games,

I've sat in server 3 waiting for people to join for countless hours only to be disapointed by looking in server 1 and seeing those same people that I pm/emailed playing in server 1.

 

Honestly, I think people would rather whinge and complain about playing in a server full of tards than play on a passworded server dedicated to teamwork and tactics with very little tards.

 

When server 3 is taken away because no one uses it you all will only have yourselve's to blame.

Maybe server 3 should be used for mini scrims where clans host clans or a group of randoms turn squad buddies can challenge clans or admin hahaha

 

P.S how hard is it/long does it take to change the server config to suit a request for scrim play eg; maps required ect.

Your missing the point!

I think you guys set up server 3 too quickly after .6 release.

 

The mod was very very popular then but people have left as they always do a few weeks/months after a new release.

 

Until the latest patch servers 1 2 and 3 have been dead after 1am your time, in .5 we were playing until 3-4 am your time on a weekly basis. The .6 release was great for PR for a little time on your servers, but the lack of small maps killed of play, hopefully now, after the patch things can improve.

Yes small maps are back in a big way with v0.613.

 

Bring on the 3v3 and 4v4 Server 3 infantry skirmishes!

server 3 can be set up anyway people like - it is a passworded server so there are some minor differences in the load out of limited kits.

 

Doesnt take long to change the config around and if given prior warning an admin can have it changed before the time.

 

Anything to get this server used. Would love to see mini scrims, clans training, freindly matches or even just a good few rounds of team orientated play.

 

Make an effort and organise something, doesnt need to be elaborate or complex.

 

BTW - Albasrah 16p insergency is great - 4 weapons caches with road block for the british and village for the insergents. Only one spawn vehicle and thats it.

I have played on server a handful of time but the ones that where crying have stopped playing even after the server was set up.

Well i was playing on server 3 a few days ago but it just seemed that the same old **** was happening, nade spam nade spam guy comes around the corner insta prone head shot. Ive pretty much left pr for arma and il2.

I'll jump in there tonight for some 16 player Albasrah goodness,I haven't played Albas on 16 player yet... about 20:30 est

probably be nearer 9pm, v-busy at work.

i always keep an eye on that server. i will even nudge me squad in that direction at the end of each round but to no avail. maybe advertise the server and bigD forums in game? admin just puts it up there ever 15 mins?

I suggest reading some Server Rules/Recommendations regarding Server 3 would be a good thing Delta

... nothing better than a gunfight to end the day..

I find running around with an automatic weapon ,an excellent way to unwind after a busy day.................

the password is shown AFTER reading the server #3 rules/recomendations Delta,this way All who play on #3 have read the rules and expected behaviour etc.

 

now wheres that link to there guys...?
