Can you disable team swapping?

Getting really sick of players swapping teams to stack it up. Games are become too lopsided. Might be worth a trial run to see how things play out?

Hey Judas.

We are always looking for ways to balance game-play on our servers. It is a difficult one at the moment as there are a lot of new players coming in. "Stacking" is tough to control, we wont the ability for our community players to play with whom they want to whilst still having a balanced ratio of community unit members vs each other.

My suggestion to all players outside of a unit is to either look at forming their own unit, or perhaps joining one of our existing units. This will hopefully mean better experience in terms of teamwork and coordination.

We have also just launched our new Community Only server, which means if you have your steam account associated with your forum account you will have access to play against community only members which is certainly a better balance and closer rounds.

Yeah I can understand that limiting who people can play with by disabling team swapping will be a big problem to some people particularly new players. I've been trying to think of a solution to combat team stacking and this is all I can think of so far. Happy either way.

So the free weekend is here and one of the servers was so heavily stacked. With new players trying squad, is it really a good thing to be destroying them? It was a bit pathetic to be honest.
