With the most anticipated SQUAD update just released! (psssst V8 is here pass it on), we are looking to grow our Squad in-game Admin Team. If you have already applied and have been waiting patiently, expect to be contacted by myself within the next few days. If not, and know/think you have"it*" then please read on!

As a BigD Squad Admin you are the face of our community. You will be trusted to enforce our server rules and take appropriate action for those Squaddies who do not adhere to them.

 

There will be players who will critique your every move, this means you will need to be patient and remain calm under pressure. Building rapport with our player base is a must, as respect will make your job easier.

 

Your influence will be crucial in molding new and existing players and guarantee our servers thrive and exceed the standards we set.

 

Being an admin is a BIG responsibility, and takes priority over normal game-play. We put a lot of trust into our admins to manage our servers, to ensure we meet server licensing requirements and our standing within the greater SQUAD Community.

* "it" is non specific but may include, but is certainly not limited to the following: Maturity,gonads,common sense,a sister, cat like reflexes,300+ SQUAD hours,willingness to be big or little spoon,not afraid of bugs (pun intended),not two shabby at spalling,respects other admins,will laugh at Madhouses dad jokes even when nobody else will and there has already been an awkward silence of 10 or more seconds,always up for banter,knows the difference between banter and being a dick,can communicate openly,knows stuff without googling it first,understands definition of "salty smurf",doesn't forget to shower (hygiene is important),willing to seed,knows what seed means,can play SQUAD i.e has a good computer (not too good though as nobody likes a show-off),willingness to randomly break into song with myself (Spono) or oneself (our next SQUAD Admin).

Almost hit 600 hours looking forward to trying something new. This looks like its right down my alley!

wouldnt mind getting my wings back but also still cant commit to meetings as such... if possible with the new community updates it would be good to access 1 thread or similar for pure admin chats/ updates anything and everything so those who cant make meetings can still see current admin goals and rules as well as ad their 2 cents in as well.
