August 31, 200717 yr Your screwed. USB mics use their own integrated soundcard, and there is no way to make it use the other one. Take it back if you can. http://www.ancientdev.com/images/devsig.png

August 31, 200717 yr you need a mic that uses the normal 3.5mm jack so it can plug into the mic in in your soundcard. they look like the middle two in this pic http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/27/Photo-audiojacks.jpg http://www.ancientdev.com/images/devsig.png
September 1, 200717 yr Just had my headset die (3yo boy-related accident). Bought a Plantronics Audio 370 (3.5mm jacks) and I'm v.pleased. Although if people are going to see you using them be prepared to fend off some fashion-related criticism that you look like you could receive FM on those things http://users.on.net/hindes/bigdy/valour.gifhttp://www.bigdgaming.net/images/added/awards/lol.bmp http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d133/80_Russians/Forum%20Pics/specops.jpg
