Just had an error - "Unreal Engine 4 crashed!" - didn't manage to get a screen though.

 

Server 3 - Fools Road AAS v1

Server 2

CTD on map rotation.

FPS not too bad but network issues (ruberbanding, stutter etc).

PPSH is AWESOME (not a bug)

Server 3 - @ map change from Fools Road AASv1 to Kohat AAS

A number of overseas Server Hosters are reporting similar performance issues and they have slightly better server hardware.

 

Please bare with us as the Squad devs will not doubt be patching the game over the coming days.

fourth crash in 2 1/2 hrs and on different severs??. will get code nxt time.

Server 3 - driving a technical

Getting intense stutter (every 3-5 seconds, ~1 second freeze). BigD #2, although it occurred to a lesser extent in #1 as well. Note: Seemed to occur regardless of player count (occured at 10 players as well as 60, with no significant difference in stutter/freeze pattern). Other users reported that it wasn't occurring to them at the time.

Specs: Intel i5 3570k @4.3GHz, R9 290 Tri-X (non-OC).

Freezing/Stuttering Fix:

FIX: Navigate to save folder ( \Users\User\AppData\Local\Squad\Saved) Delete folder.

 

Locate "Local Files" Tab by right clicking on Squad in steam and selecting properties and hit "Validate Integrity of Game Cache".

Driving a insurgent technical into a FOB vehicle repair station resulted in a 'Fatal error!' and upon rejoining the technical was inverted and on fire.

Freezing/Stuttering Fix:

Hmm strange @Meatbomb83 you seem to be coping that a bit, I have only had one fatal error and that was at map change, could I suggest making sure your shadows are on lowest setting possible I have read in squad forums this has helped a few people

I'm always running on low for everything.

Is this working for other users?

Unknown, but was also recommended by devs post-patch if stuttering issues persist due to old config conflict. The dev confirmation came yesterday in the changelog for the update.
