Hey gents,

 

I know you guys have updated the loot but still have some issues at military bases.

 

For example: Ran from the central spawn through all mil areas up to Lakka mil tower and then onto mil hill (two large mil towers SW of terminal), only came across 1 x Assault Rifle(AK) with 2 clips.

 

I feel that there needs to be an increase in basic assault rifles in mil areas.

Remember that arma will need to register on the server that you are in an area. You cant just run into an area you have travelled to from a couple of kms out and have loot spawn immediately.

I find arma will not load the lootz until you have been in an area (100m radius) for a minute or two. I assume its to reduce lag from mass spawned items say from driving through a town.

I usually run to an area im going to loot, then within 100m hang around at a nearby building for 20-30 sec. Most of the time the loot has spawned. If not I will run 50-100m away and repeat mostly,

get distracted by something reasonably close, then return.

I didn't say no loot spawns. Bags, chest rigs, cans and other odds and ends spawn but very little to no basic assault rifles.
