As most of you that play are probably aware, the new official map from Ark has been released called "The Center".

Now alot of you have expressed interest in playing this map, it being new and most of us pretty well used to "The Island".

So I thought I would put it to everyone out there who plays Ark on BigD should we start afresh on the new "The Center" map or continue with "The Island". The current map file will be backed up in two different locations to ensure that we wont loose anything if a new clean start is voted for on "The Center"

I have played 'The Center' a lil bit and certainly is a cool map. I would recommend people jumping into a server running it and checking it out before voting.

Yeah guys I have pulled a backup of the current server state and I can do another one closer to the date if we do switch over so nothing will be lost

Would love a fresh start so the new guys can get an idea of the games progression.

Just make sure the new Center map is hacker free.. Last night we got hit on another server by a hacker called Pearl. Called for admin..nothing.. Oh.. and i killed Filthy a few times.. Oh.. There wasn't a hacker.. It was just that Spono played us on our lack of short term memory.. Oh.. did i mention i had a ball... I havent laugh/cried that hard in ages..

Center map for me for sure...

Maybe make the server like 2x .. not quite as grindy as 1x but not uber buffed like 10x.. Also one or two (little mods) would be nice.. Like item stacking and nudity
