Squad has released the Mapping SDK for the Squad community to use. I know I will be downloading it myself to test out and thought it would be a good idea to see the interest within the BigD Community.

Iron taxi runs through some mapping basics

Installed and I have it running. Ill be sponging a lot over the next few weeks before I dig in properly. Hoping if all goes well to set up a small skirmish type map to start, then build from there.

Guys, I have had a couple of years experience with Maya, which will be one of the tools you might need when it comes to custom asset creation.Maya also sends assets straight to Unreal. I would be more than happy to lend a hand if anyone needs it.
