After reading posts commenting of "stepping up" and creating "teamwk" squads... I have been giving it a go...

 

As you are all mostly aware, I dont have to much of a problem communicating over VOIP...

 

I have recently been giving the commander function a go & have been trying to lead by example, but, holy crap man!....

 

Some SL's just dont "get it" Last night (although we won) was one of the biggest struggles of my life... I joined when there was 2 squads of 6, decided I will add some direction and went CMD... well!

 

Guys coming in after this starting there own squads, sq 1 & 2 full sq 3,4,5 having 1-3 players in them, not wanting to combine after numerous requests etc...

 

I had them all tasked at one stage with a nearly full sq3 whom was told to defend south bridge... then low & behold they nick off, I called them back to be told yeah, but weve been holding there for a half hour now.. very frustrating...
