An active Discord profile link is a requirement to receive any in-game perks/permissions such as Server Queue Skip, Admin Tools + BigD Discord server permissions such as Name change, joining certain channels and so on.
Follow these steps to make sure your Discord profile is properly linked to your BigD account.
✅ Step 1: Go to Account Settings
Log in if Prompted
✅ Step 2: Check Discord Connection
Scroll down to the Linked Accounts / Discord section
If Discord is linked, you’ll see your Discord username displayed
If you see “Re-Authenticate” or no connection at all → you’ll need to reconnect
✅ Step 3: Re-Authenticate Discord (if needed)
Click Re-Authenticate or Connect Discord
A Discord login screen will open → enter your details
Authorise the BigD app to access your Discord account
✅ Step 4: Check BigD Discord Server
Make sure you’ve joined the BigD Discord Server
Once linked, you should automatically get the Website Linked role in Discord
✅ Step 5: Confirm in Game
After re-auth, allow upto 1 hour for sync
Try joining a Squad or Hell Let Loose server
You should now see priority queue placement
