Tree glitching on Carentan

just finished a round of Carentan and had to deal with a guy firing down on us from inside a fugen TREE on the northside of Canal Crossing. He was really high up. I don't necessarily think that is what the devs intended, so I'd call it glitching. He was impossible to see from anywhere but point blank UNDER the tree (ROBBYXC heard the shot above him). We managed to take him out with Grenades at the base of the tree. He probably killed 10-12 people.

 

What is the stance on players glitching into unintended vantage points?

 

There's a tree where my mouse pointer is on this image, where two hedgerows meet. Some friendlies were trying to work out how he got up there...
