HLL Server Lag & Performance Issues

Good Evening Hell Let Loose players

We are continuing to investigate the constant server lag/performance issues with the HLL Developers.

We have so far reached out to the GSP who has moved us to another physical server box and we ourselves have also reinstalled the server instance. These measures did not resolve the ongoing issues.

The major factor is Hell Let Loose in Australia can only be hosted at the One GSP - G Portal.

G Portal is Europen based and does not offer support during our peak playing periods each day. It is really starting to feel like G Portal does not care about its Australian customers for HLL & BigD's previous SCUM Server also having similar issues.

We will continue talking to the HLL Devs and lodging support tickets with G Portal but it appears there really isn't much else we can do without the HLL devs either providing another GSP option or allowing us to host with dedicated server files on our already powerful hardware we use for SQUAD servers.
