Note on roles

This week we will be having an air asset helping us out. Bonestriker will be the Commander / Gunner of the Apache which means we will need a pilot. If you are interested in piloting you will need to pass a training session. If you're interested in that, message Cyrus and we can organise it.

Also if you are assigned to a role in a certain squad, go into that role only, it causes confusion.

Operational Brief

Welcome Gentleman.

Well done successfully rescuing the hostages and taking over the enemy FOB last week, we've decided to use it as our base of operations for this weeks mission.

We have Dr Jekyll en route, he should be arriving momentarily, I'll be taking some time to question him about what the weapons testing that he was performing. In the mean time lets look at the situation as it is now.

First objective will be the interrogation of Doctor Jekyll.

Second objective is to escort him to the southern airfield. His protection will be a number one priority.

Third objective is to clear the checkpoints en route.

Also you may have noticed the decrypted Intel from last weeks operation which are as follows;

Message 1 - THE TRAITORS ARE IN PLACE

Message 2 - SABOTAGE THE JET

Message 3 - VISION MAY BE COMPROMISED

Message 4 - BEGIN ASSAULT ON THE 9TH

Now we are unsure if the "traitors" are within our unit or somewhere else, however, all evidence does seem to point to them being embedded within our unit. Now i don't want to start a witch hunt but if you notice anything please bring it to the attention of either your Squad leader or myself.

We've been unable to find any other mention of this "assault on the 9th" but given that it is the 9th today, keep your eyes peeled.

Last but not least, we've been contacted by someone calling themselves "ION" saying they were a part of the organisation that's been after the Doctor but they want out. He's agreed to meet us to provide more information so long as we bring him into protective custody. As a good will gesture he's given the name of the group that is after us. They call themselves "Uprising". We can't confirm the truth of it but its more than we had before, I recommend you meet with him but at the end of the day it's your call, it may very well be a trap.
