While in game I know we are experiencing crashes and a SL can disappear, how ever three games ruined last 2 days personally by people mid game making someone a SL without telling them or asking is getting stupid. Especially if there's no ammo crate nearby or rally point.

 

My point is the SL if abandoning the position need's to let the squad know.

Just don't select a random player and then quit!
